We keep our branding consistent to maintain our strong and trustworthy reputation with your customers. The travel insurance industry is heavily regulated, and the guidelines on this page will help you remain compliant.
What’s the risk?
The world has changed and regulations, particularly for travel insurance, are being heavily enforced. There are no ‘grey areas’ when it comes to content and it is our responsibility, and yours, to ensure that travellers are not misled by travel insurance information on your website or any other information you provide as an affiliate. If your customers make purchase choices based on non-compliant content and links from you, as a partner of nib, then we risk losing our license to sell travel insurance.
All marketing that references nib travel insurance must strictly adhere to the guidelines provided. Please submit all items, including those that use the toolkit provided, to your Partnership Manager for approval.

You can choose the plan that you think best suits the kind of holiday you’re taking and the level of cover you want – from a Domestic or International plan for a single trip or the Annual Multi Trip plan for multiple trips.
nib can provide cover for many things that could go wrong when you travel, including:#
- Having your trip or flights cancelled
- Accidental lost luggage or having it stolen
- Suffering a medical or dental emergency overseas
- Getting sick or injured overseas, even when playing amateur sports, and more
- Cover for some Coronavirus related events
nib Travel Insurance also includes automatic cover for a range of existing medical conditions and the ability to apply to cover some other conditions for an additional premium and increased excess.

Easy online medical screenings
If you have an existing medical condition that is not automatically covered by your plan, you may be able to apply to have it covered for an additional premium and increased excess.
You’ll be asked to complete a medical screening which can be done quickly and easily online, in-store where you purchased your travel insurance or over the phone with a member of the helpful nib customer service team.

nib 24/7 Emergency Assistance provides emergency assistance for our customers worldwide. Our experienced specialists can be contacted by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you in the event of an emergency and to liaise on your behalf with our medical team.

Our Logo
The nib logo is our most recognisable brand asset. It can be used wherever you advertise nib travel insurance in your day-to-day operations, including marketing materials, in-store, on your website and social media, in emails and so on, however all content will need to be approved by nib prior to use.
Appearance: Both the symbol and the wordmark should always appear in either True Green or Bright Green
Size: The logo should never be displayed smaller than 25mm wide for print, or 100px wide for digital.
Exclusion Zone: Clear space is given to allow breathing room around the logo and avoid any third-party elements, such as typography and graphic devices to obstruct the logo.
The clear space is measured by the width of the letter "i" in nib and should evenly surround all sides of the logo.
